How do I return a faulty product that I purchased online?

FCS can only deal directly with customers that have purchased through our online store.

If you have purchased through a Retail Store, please get in contact with the store you have purchased from, and they will be able to liaise with you to quickly resolve your issue..

For Online Order Returns:
1. Contact us through the EMAIL button in our Support Section.
2. Customer service will then issue a RA number (return authorization number) and shipping address.
3. Pack all items securely in a carton (or reuse the original packaging). Please ensure that all boxed items are securely enclosed in a satchel as we are not able to accept them if damaged.
4. Post the product with proof of purchase and completed return authorization form to the FCS Sorting Centre.
