If the Bag is in our 1 year warranty period we would ask you to take the bag back to the retail outlet where you purchased it from and ask them to send It back to us for a warranty inspection – if it clears for warranty we would then send you out a replacement.
However If the bag is out of the 1 year warranty period unfortunately we will not be able to help as we don’t have an authorized company that fixes our luggage bags – you would have to source that service on your own. If you would like to learn more please head to our Returns & Exchanges Page
